Lance Aux Epines Cottages is a beautiful, self-catering beachfront resort offering excellent value! Successfully owner-operated for over 30 years, our cottages and apartments are DIRECTLY on the beach and because the bay is well protected, the sea at our location is always perfect for swimming. Our cottages and apartments are much more spacious than the average hotel room: Most units offer two or more bedrooms making our setting ideal for families. Our accommodation is equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday; a virtual Home away from Home.

We have just 11 units carefully situated on a 3 acre property. This means that there is a lot of space around you and our resort never has a congested feel to it. Recent improvements place more emphasis on privacy.

Amenities
A fully air-conditioned TV Lounge is available offering large screen cable TV, billiards, table-tennis, soccer table, book swap and a computer with high-speed internet access. Free water sports include: Hobie Cat sailboat, Peddle Boats and Ocean Kayaks. Your housekeeper does light laundry and the cleaning (even dishes!). Arrangements can be made for a cook to prepare great local foods in your cottage. If you wish, arrangements can easily be made for our staff to prepare delicious local meals for you in your kitchen right before your eyes! If you would rather eat out there are six restaurants all less than 10 minutes walk away. Stroll down the beach for world class diving and snorkelling trips with ScubaTech!

Each cottage or apartment has: Beachfront location - beautiful view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Spacious, fully furnished sitting room, Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Kitchen with: Refrigerator and Gas Range, Microwave, Automatic Coffeemaker, Blender, Toaster, Insulated drinks cooler (for the beach!), All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils provided. Bathroom equipped with: Toilet, face basin and shower, Hair Dryer
Telephone, In-room high speed Internet access (bring your laptop computer).
Private electronic safe installed in the closet in the bedroom. Safe is large enough to put a camera or laptop computer. In-room CD Player/Clock Radio.
All bed linen, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided.
