Day 1: Palermo
Transfer to your hotel (Grande Albergo Sole or similar) on your own and meet tour escort. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Palermo/Monreale/(Erice)/Palermo
Buffet breakfast at your hotel. In the morning, visit of the town of palermo that includes: the palatine chapel, the cathedral of palermo. Continue to monreale to visit the cathedral and its cloister. Lunch on your own. In the afternoon, time at leisure to enjoy this lovely afternoon in the sicilian capital or possibility to participate to an optional excursion (to be paid locally) to erice, medieval village of erice, viewing the city of trapani. Erice will draw our attention thanks to the tiny and stone-cobbled medieval streets.

Day 3: Palermo/Segesta/Marsala/Palermo
Buffet breakfast at your hotel and then departure to segesta to visit the doric temple situated on a hill surrounded by beautiful landscapes. After the visit, we will continue to trapani to view the salt windmills and then to marsala. Marsala wine tasting and lunch on your own. In the afternoon, visit the small city of marsala and back to palermo. Dinner and accommodation at your hotel.

Day 4: Palermo/Cefalu/Castelbuono/Palermo
Buffet breakfast at your hotel and departure to cefalù, located on the northern coast, where we will visit the famous cathedral. Lunch on your own. Continue to castelbuono, a beautiful village on the madonie mountains which will give us a snapshot of the sicilian inland’s way of life. Return to palermo. Farewell dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 5: Palermo
Buffet breakfast at hotel. End of the tour. Note: tour itinerary can be changed or inverted without notice for technical reasons. Alitours will guarantee all previous visits, excursions and services.
