Acts merely as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). The travel agent/ agency shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Travelers assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By agreeing to these terms set forth and to the extent permitted by law, you release us from all liability, cost, damages, claims and expenses (including direct, indirect, special and consequential loss or damage whether in negligence or otherwise) arising out of the supply or failure to supply or use or non-use of the third party products or services. If you have cause for complaint while on holiday you must bring it to the attention of your local supplier representative and/or travel agency or consultant immediately who will do their best to rectify the situation. Delay in reporting a complaint may reduce the effectiveness of your travel agency or consultant to alleviate the situation. It is unreasonable to take no action whilst on holiday but then write a letter of complaint upon return. Regardless, we will endeavour to address a complaint to the supplier that has been forwarded to the travel agency or consultant within 28 days of completion of travel.
